Elliott Warren is a visual artist who lives in East Harlem, New York City. A former student of Skidmore College, in 1992 he received a B.S. in Fine Arts with Departmental honors. Upon graduation he continued his development as a fine artist in the Twin Cities as a founding member of the Tilsner Artists Cooperative.

During this period he exhibited extensively, highlighted by a 1994 MCAD/Jerome Foundation Fellowship.
